Welcome to Lens Magic Hub. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lens Magic mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

By downloading, installing, or using the Lens Magic app, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You agree to use Lens Magic only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are prohibited from using the Service in any way that violates applicable laws, infringes the rights of others, or transmits harmful or offensive content.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Lens Magic Hub and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Lens Magic Hub.

You retain all rights to the photos and videos you edit using Lens Magic. By using our Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use your content solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your information.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Lens Magic Hub does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lens Magic Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use or inability to use the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province, Vietnam.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of any significant changes by updating the date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lens Magic Hub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Lens Magic Hub regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the Service.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC).
